Bravo Flight Training

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BravoFlightTraining.com ("Website") or enrolling in any training program offered by Bravo Flight Training, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those promulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or enroll in services.

2. FAA Regulatory Compliance (Part 141)

Bravo Flight Training operates as an FAA-certificated pilot school under 14 CFR Part 141, which governs structured pilot training programs.

  • All training is conducted under FAA-approved curricula and syllabi

  • Courses follow strict FAA training course outlines and stage checks

  • Instruction is provided only by FAA-certified instructors associated with the school

  • The Company maintains training records, facilities, aircraft, and personnel standards in accordance with federal regulations

  • The Company is subject to FAA oversight, inspections, and certification requirements

Enrollment does not guarantee issuance of any FAA certificate or rating. Certification is subject to FAA testing standards and individual performance.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in any training program, you must:

  • Meet minimum FAA age requirements

  • Be able to obtain an FAA Medical Certificate (if applicable)

  • Demonstrate English language proficiency per FAA standards

  • Comply with all TSA and security requirements (including FTSP if applicable)

Failure to meet FAA eligibility requirements may result in denial or termination of training.

You represent and warrant that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in flight training and aviation activities. You further agree to obtain and maintain any required FAA Medical Certificate, if applicable.

You acknowledge that Bravo Flight Training does not provide medical evaluations and is not responsible for determining your medical fitness. You agree to consult a qualified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) regarding your eligibility.

Failure to meet or maintain medical requirements shall not entitle you to a refund for unused or prepaid services.

4. Training Services

Bravo Flight Training provides:

  • Flight instruction (Part 141 and Part 61 where applicable)

  • Ground school instruction

  • Simulator training

  • Aircraft rental

  • Aviation-related consulting services

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, aircraft maintenance status, and operational limitations.

5. No Guarantee of Completion or Certification

Flight training is performance-based and dependent on multiple variables, including:

  • Student aptitude and progress

  • Instructor evaluation

  • Weather and operational delays

  • FAA testing outcomes

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Completion within a specific timeframe

  • Minimum flight hours

  • Passing any FAA knowledge or practical exam

6. Payment Terms

  • All training is pay-as-you-go or prepaid via approved packages

  • Funds must be deposited into the student account prior to scheduling

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to Company policy and applicable law

  • Used training time, instructor time, and administrative fees are non-refundable

  • Certain programs may be governed by FAA or VA (if applicable) refund rules

7. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Scheduling is managed through Company-approved systems (e.g., Flight Schedule Pro)

  • Students must comply with cancellation policies

Failure to cancel within required timeframes may result in:

  • No-show fees

  • Instructor time charges

  • Aircraft reservation charges

8. Safety and Operational Authority

Safety is the highest priority.

  • The Company and its instructors retain full authority to cancel, delay, or terminate any flight for safety reasons

  • Students must comply with all FAA regulations, instructor instructions, and safety procedures

  • Unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination without refund

9. Assumption of Risk

Aviation activities, including flight training, aircraft operation, and ground instruction, involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, disability, or death.

By enrolling in or participating in any services provided by Bravo Flight Training, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in aviation activities with full knowledge of the risks involved

  • Aircraft operations are subject to mechanical, environmental, and human factors beyond the Company's control

  • You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Bravo Flight Training, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, related to:

  • Participation in flight training or aviation activities

  • Use of aircraft, simulators, or facilities

  • Any instruction, supervision, or services provided

This release applies to any injury, loss, or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravo Flight Training shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income or career opportunities

  • Delays caused by weather, FAA testing availability, or maintenance

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bravo Flight Training, its owners, officers, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your participation in training

  • Violation of FAA regulations

  • Misuse of Company aircraft or equipment

12. Aircraft Use and Rental

  • Aircraft may only be operated in accordance with FAA regulations and Company policies

  • Only authorized pilots may operate Company aircraft

  • Renters must meet all currency, checkout, and insurance requirements

13. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including logos, training materials, and branding, are the property of Bravo Flight Training and may not be used without written consent.

14. Privacy

Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

15. Photo, Video, and Media Release

During training or related activities, Bravo Flight Training may capture photographs, video recordings, or other media that may include your image, voice, or likeness.

By participating, you consent to the use of such media for purposes including:

  • Marketing and advertising

  • Social media content

  • Promotional materials

  • Website content

Bravo Flight Training will use such media in a professional and respectful manner. If you prefer not to be included in any media, or if you would like to request the removal of specific content, you may notify the Company in writing at any time. Bravo Flight Training will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for the use of such media.

16. Third-Party Services

The Website may integrate third-party services (e.g., scheduling platforms, payment processors). We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • Data breaches outside our control

  • External service errors

17. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Safety concerns

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of FAA regulations or Company policies

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • FAA restrictions

  • Government actions

  • Mechanical issues

  • Acts of God

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and applicable United States federal law, including FAA regulations.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through:

  1. Good-faith negotiation

  2. Binding arbitration in Maryland (if unresolved)

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

21. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
