Bravo Flight Training offers aircraft rental services for qualified pilots looking to stay current, build flight time, or enjoy recreational flying. Our fleet is professionally maintained and available through a simple reservation process. Below you'll find everything you need to know about aircraft eligibility, checkout requirements, rental policies, and scheduling. We look forward to welcoming you aboard.

Renters must be at least 18 years of age. Those under 18 may rent aircraft for training purposes only as an active Bravo Flight Training student.
What We Need from You
Aircraft Checkout

A completed checkout form must be on file for each aircraft you wish to rent.

Checkouts are valid for 60 days a new checkout is required if more than 60 days pass since your last flight in that aircraft.
Financial Requirements

Minimum $35,000 renter's insurance in physical damage liability coverage.

A valid credit card on file to settle charges at the completion of each flight.

STEPS TO BECOMING A RENTER
01 Create Your Account
We'll get you set up in our online scheduling system. This is where you'll book aircraft, track your time, and manage your account.
02 Submit Your Documentation
We'll review your pilot certificate, logbook, medical certificate, and renter's insurance to confirm you meet our requirements before scheduling a checkout.
03 Complete a Checkout
Checkouts run 2-3 hours. The first half is on the ground — we go over the checkout form, aircraft systems, and confirm your knowledge. The second half is a practical flight where you'll demonstrate you can safely operate the aircraft.
04 Book & Fly
Once you're checked out, the aircraft is yours to reserve through the scheduling system whenever it suits you.
